Having obtained my City & Guilds in Sugar craft in 2005, I established Cakes by Olivia in 2006, creating and designing bespoke wedding & celebration cakes for Essex and London.

My love for baking began at the age of 8, inspired by watching my mother Gertie bake for family and friends. It wasn't until 2005 after being made redundant that I decided to turn my passion into a career.


I love creating bespoke cakes and gain a great deal of pleasure in seeing the finished product. However, the cakes not only have to look good but they must taste good too, therefore only the freshest and finest quality ingredients are used for all of my wedding and celebration cakes.

I only take a limited number of orders each month to ensure each cake is given my undivided attention. I pride myself on excellent customer service, working closely with my clients to produce the perfect cake for your special occasion. I provide a friendly and personal service, from the initial free consultation to delivery and set up of your cake.
